Artipedia is a video streaming platform that allows users to view art-related content and enables approved content creators to upload their own content, engage with a community, and earn rewards through a points-based system that can be exchanged for cryptocurrency.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Creator Terms

Users who wish to become content creators must submit an application. If approved, you agree to the following:

• You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Artipedia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights.
• Content must adhere to our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
• Earnings are based on a revenue-sharing model detailed in our Creator Points Configuration. Artipedia reserves the right to modify the revenue share and points system at any time.

5. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• Use any automated system, such as "bots," to access the Service or generate fraudulent views or interactions.

6. Points and Cryptocurrency Exchange

The Service includes a system for earning points that can be exchanged for cryptocurrency. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The value of points and the exchange rate for cryptocurrency can fluctuate and are determined by Artipedia.
• All transactions are subject to network fees and processing times. Artipedia is not responsible for any losses incurred due to market volatility or transaction errors.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings and for complying with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Artipedia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. In no event shall Artipedia, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
